My friend Steve gave me the best advice last week.
It was run day and I was kicking up a stink about having to run.
He said... "Don't think, I have to run today. Think about the route you're going run. Concentrate on that".
I found myself running the route in my mind and itching to get my shoes on.
The "to run or not" battle is constant. This little bit of advice could be that one weapon you need.
Onward. Put your shoes on and run.
